As Head Chef of Ashton Lodge I am proud to invite you to join us for our Gourmet Evenings and Special Occasions.

Our Philosophy of using fresh quality local ingredients is the keystone to our success, and these menu’s give us the opportunity to share with you our passion for cooking. I have developed a range of menu’s for 2007 which reflect our philosophy.

At the beginning of the year, on special occasions such as Valentines Day and Mothering Sunday, we invite you to spoil and impress your loved ones. Later in the year I have chosen themes that utilise regional ingredients that help promote ‘British Food’. Evenings such as the Sausage night, Seafood evening and Warwickshire’s largest Cheeseboard gives us the chance to celebrate all that is great about British food.

Again this year I offer a taste of world cuisine. I have included an Italian menu, World Gourmet Night and our very successful Beaujolais Nouveau Evening. Also we hold our traditional Burns Night at the start of the year representing excellent cuisine from north of the border!
